Professional training: Latvian Academy of Art (1962 -1967). Member of Latvian Artists' Union since 1971. Contributor to all major exhibitions of textile art in Latvia: seven solo shows; participation in numerous jury and group exhibitions in Riga, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Austria, Germany, Poland, Czechoslovakia, Italy, Vietnam, Jordan, Romania, Bulgaria, USA. Hungary, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Finland, Australia, Canada. Her works are to be found in Museum of Decorative Applied Art Riga; Artists' Union collection, Riga; Artists' Union collection, Moscow; Art Fund's collection, Moscow.
