Born on August 13,1971, in Gulbene, Latvia. Professional training: Latvian Academy of Arts, Textile department (1991-1995). Bachelors in Arts (1995). Latvian Academy of Arts, studies for Master's degree (1995-1997).
Member of the Textile Artists Association since 1995.
Contributor to major exhibitions of textile art in Latvia since 1994. Her works are in private collections in Latvia and USA.
