Professional training - Janis Rozentals art school of Riga (1974-1981), Latvian academy of arts, painting department(1981-1987)-under the supervision of Prof. I.Vecozols. Master of fine arts.
Has been contributing to exhibitions since 1985. Member of Latvian artist’s union since 1991.
Had her solo shows in Riga and Latvia (1993,1994,1995,1996).Has regularly participated in group exhibitions in Riga, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sweden.
Her works are to be found in the collections of Latvian art fund, Academy of art of Russia, as well as in private collections in Latvia, USA, Sweden , Israel.
Had participated in European art symposium ‘’Aiolos’’(Greece, 1995)
Currently teaching at the Riga school of arts and is Virtual Art Gallery curator.
