Born in 1948. Professional training: Janis Rozentals Art School of Riga (1959 - 1966), Art Education Department at the Latvian Academy of Arts (1966 - 1971).
Contributor to exhibitions since 1971. A member of the Artists' Union of Latvia as of 1978. A member of the B - 13 Association
(1993 - 1998) since 1993.
A personal exhibition in Riga in 1985; group exhibitions in Riga, Moscow, Jelgava, France, Germany and elsewhere.
Her works are to be found in the collections of the State Art Museum and Artists' Union of Latvia, as well as in many private collections in Latvia and abroad.
Currently professor at Janis Rozenthls Art School of Riga.
