ANITA PAEGLE

Born in 1956. Professional training – Janis Rozentals Art School of Riga (1974), the Latvian Academy of Arts, Graphic Department under the supervision of Prof.P.Upitis. (1980)
Has been contributing to exhibitions since 1979. A member of the Latvian Artists' Union since 1973. A member of Association "B – 13" (1993 - 1998) since 1997.
Had her solo shows in Paris, France(1988), in Venice, Italy (1990), in Riga, Latvia (1992), inTalsi and Roja, Latvia (1993). Illustrated approx. 20 books. Illustrated books in publishers "Liesma", "Spriditis", "Gara Pupa", "Jana Seta". Pastarins prize winner (1993).

Participated in Frankfurt Book Fair (1997)
